Hi I'm Victoria, 

I am the founder &  director of THE SKIN BOSS CO 

I am a Dermal Therapist and Registered Nurse boasting dynamic career growth within the realm of skincare. I first commenced in the cosmetics industry as a beauty therapist, but quickly transitioned towards specialising in dermal-focused treatments, introducing advanced procedures such as laser therapy, chemical peels, and collagen induction therapy to enhance the depth and effectiveness of my services.

As my career unfolded, I took on roles in clinic management and training, realising that my fascination with skin extended far beyond its outer layers. This realisation led me to pursue a nursing degree. Upon graduation, I wasted no time and dove into cosmetic medicine training the very day my nursing registration was approved. I've also gained experience in procedural general practice, skin cancer treatments, and post-anesthetic care recovery nursing.

With over 10+ years of dedicated experience in the dermal cosmetic industry, I firmly believe in the collaboration of cosmetic medicine, in-clinic skin treatments, and a personalised home care routine for achieving a well-rounded and radiant complexion. 

My commitment to skincare goes beyond the surface, reflecting a passion that has matured and evolved over the course of my career.
